Our Story

Premier Powder Coating and Custom Fabrication (Better known as Premier, or PPCCFab) became official in 2005. It was started by Leo and Becky Castagno.  Leo is an experienced welding instructor and inventor.  They have a vision to build a cornerstone for local economic growth.

What began as a shop driving economic growth for a small college town has grown into a full-scale manufacturing facility stimulating local economic growth in towns and cities across the United States.

Premier works on projects large and small. It has expertise and facilities to fulfill the needs of international enterprises, but we do best in partnering up with start-ups and individuals who want to make great products.
